Working for Wolves

Rates: (*Members save $50)
   $275.00 with Lodging
   $225 .00 without Lodging
Deposit: $75 deposit due at registration, full payment due by April 17, 2013. Registration Deadline: Registrations must be received before April 15, 2013 to ensure lodging accommodations.

Spend a weekend "Workin' for Wolves" assisting the Wolf Care Staff with wolf enclosure projects to improve the lives of our resident wolves. Projects will include straw removal, scat collection, pond repair and preparation, fence repair and fuels reduction work. Burning debris will be weather dependent.

Activity Level:
Walking over uneven terrain, hauling logs and branches from enclosures, cutting and nipping fuels for burn pile, repairing chain link and hardware cloth panels.

Package Includes:

  • Must be 18 years of age and older to participate in this program
  • Q and A with wolf care staff on management and current pack structure
  • Overnight in Auditorium for photographic opportunities and observations
  • Access to wolf yard and a close view of pack dynamics
  • All meals and snacks
