Wolves Online

When the screen is black, wolves are unavailable for viewing.

You may witness qualified Wolf Care Staff providing daily physical checks
and veterinary care as well as maintenance to the enclosure.

Welcome to the 2008 Pup Cam

You are viewing the inside of the warm secluded wolf lab, where the International Wolf Center staff, assisted by wolf seminar participants called Nannies, will be caring for our newest members of the Exhibit Pack. The pups will have intensive 24-hour-a-day care and socialization in the first months of their lives. You may see staff bottle feeding, cleaning, photographing and interacting with the pups as part of forming a bond that will aid veterinary care throughout the wolf's entire life.

Once the pups have their vaccination for parvo virus, they will be participating in public programs at the International Wolf Center interpretive facility in Ely, Minnesota. If they are not on camera, that could mean they are in a program, outside playing in the sun, spending time getting to know the Exhibit Pack through the fence or sleeping off camera. Check back frequently to see the pups develop physically and behaviorally, and check the logs for daily updates on their weights, and behavioral milestones.
