Picturesque moments abound in the great northwoods. Lynn Rogers,
world renowned wildlife researcher and nature photographer, will
help you create the perfect picture on Monday, July 15, at 7 p.m.
at the International Wolf Center Auditorium. The event is free and
open to the public.
Rogers will instruct and inspire the audience around the many photographic
possibilities in the Ely area, as well what to look for in photographing
nature. Rogers is famous for his work with bears around North America.
His own photography reflecting the bears he has encountered is currently
being shown at the North American Bear Center in Ely, Minnesota
and is scheduled for exhibition at the Bell Museum of Natural History
in Minneapolis later this year. Learn from one of the masters!
Rogers' presentation marks the fifth week of Nature Nights, a speaker
series sponsored by the International Wolf Center, the Dorothy Molter
Museum, Listening Point Foundation, and the North American Bear
Center. The series begins at 7 p.m. every Monday night at the International
Wolf Center Auditorium, just east of Ely, Minnesota on Hwy. 169.
